What payment methods do you accept?

At GadgetUp, we currently accept payments via PayPal. PayPal allows you to securely pay with your PayPal account or by using your credit or debit card through PayPal without needing to create an account.


What is your shipping policy?

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)
  • Order Handling Time: 1 business day (Monday - Friday)
  • Delivery Time: 3-4 business days (Monday - Friday)
  • Shipping Carrier: Trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and Royal Mail.
  • Shipping Costs: FREE for all orders.
  • Shipping Locations: We ship within the UK and select international regions. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website using the tracking number or through our Track Your Order page.


What should I do if my package is lost?

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Verify the shipping address.
  2. Check possible delivery locations.
  3. Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the package.
  4. Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

What do I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 8 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item in your email to info@gadgetup.store, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t entered the fulfillment process. Contact us at info@gadgetup.store or call +44 7417549048 for assistance.


How do I return a product?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in new condition, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Contact info@gadgetup.store to initiate a return.


How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Why haven’t I received my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are issued 48 hours after shipment. Please allow up to 3-4 business days for tracking details to appear. If you have not received your tracking information after 8 days, check your spam folder or contact us.


It’s been more than 8 days, and I still don’t have my order.

Orders may take up to 14 days due to unforeseen delays or stock issues. Use the tracking number provided to check your order status on our Track Your Order page. If unresolved, reach out to us.


Why is nobody answering the phone?

High call volumes may cause delays. Please wait 10 minutes before hanging up. Missed calls are typically returned the same day. Alternatively, email us at info@gadgetup.store.
